Waiver & Cancellation Policy
Waiver
By booking any of the services offered by YoGology, you indicate that you agree to our waiver, as outlined below.
By booking a service at YoGology, I agree to the following:
1. In participating in any of the offerings at YoGology, I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries resulting from such offerings, whether these are provided by my teacher or substitute teacher. I voluntarily waive and release any claim I may have of any kind against my teacher or substitute teacher for injury or damages that may result from my participation in any of the offerings at YoGology.
2. I am aware that there may be times when my teacher or cover teacher might physically adjust my technique or posture during classes. This is to keep me safe and improve or enhance my practice. I understand that it is my responsibility to let my teacher or cover teacher know if I do not wish to receive physical adjustments at each class that I attend. I understand that it is also my responsibility to communicate with my teacher during adjustments to let them know when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at the present time.
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to seek the necessary advice from a suitably trained physician before participating in any yoga class, workshop or related event provided by my teacher or substitute teacher. I agree to follow all instructions so that I may participate safely in any yoga class, workshop or related event.
4. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my participation in yoga classes, courses, workshops or related events.
5. If I am pregnant, I understand that I participate in yoga classes, courses, workshops or related events at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
6. I confirm that I understand that exercise, including the yoga offerings provided at YoGology, requires physical exertion. I understand that this may be strenuous and could result in physical injury. I confirm that I am aware of the potential hazards involved in taking part in the offerings at YoGology and participate at my own risk.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Courses
Refunds are available in full up to 2 weeks before the start of courses. The student should ensure that all course dates are suitable prior to booking. The purchase of a course does not allow for a reduction for unsuitable dates.
Workshops
Refunds are available up to 1 week before the event.
Classes
If cancelled more than 24 hours before the class, you will receive a refund of a one class pass to your account (valid for 1 month).
Personal Information & Belongings
YoGology will not share any personal details with third parties.
YoGology is not liable for any damaged or stolen goods online or in person left or parked at the premises of any venue.
